Q&A

The photoshoot will take place at my location in Essen (NRW) – not far from the main train station in a quiet industrial area.

For me, it's especially interesting and rewarding to photograph people with little to no prior experience. These shoots often become something truly special, as you realize how enriching it can be for you. I'm generally a very open person, so you don't need to feel embarrassed or insecure about anything with me. I see it as my responsibility to bring out the best in you to deliver the best results. We'll always find solutions together, and I'm 100% certain that you'll be happy you did the shoot afterward.

Yes, the glitter is skin-friendly. I always pay attention to high quality and order the glitter from a British company whose philosophy is to produce skin-friendly glitter.

No, the photos from your booked shoot belong solely to you, and I will not show or publish them anywhere. This will also be contractually agreed upon in advance.

That's not a big deal at all, and you don't need to worry about it. I see it as completely natural, and for me, it's nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, enjoy the moment and be glad that everything down there is working perfectly. 😉

Of course, I don't just photograph athletic people. Everyone is welcome, and many of my clients aren't supermodels with six-packs. SPARK is inspired by Greek mythology and its depictions of aesthetically pleasing bodies. For me personally, toned bodies are not only a symbol of beauty but also a sign of discipline, hard work, and health. There are many other aspects to physical appearance that are often overlooked. In this series, I want to continue focusing on healthy body images to present aspirational role models – however, as I said, absolutely everyone is welcome!

Yes. Thanks to my special filtration method, where the shower water runs through a filter, only a few glitter remnants end up in the sewer. The majority ends up in the regular trash.

Of course! As I mentioned before, I'm a very open minded person. How far you want to go during the shoot and what you want to show is entirely up to you. Anything is possible – nothing is mandatory.

Feel free to send me a few regular sample photos of yourself so I can see if your look is a good fit for the series. Experience with nude photography is definitely important. If everything looks good, then there's no reason not to. 🙂

No, it's just the two of us during the shoot to ensure maximum privacy. Of course, you're welcome to bring someone along if you'd like.

Once you've made your selection, I'll need a maximum of one week for final retouching. In rare cases, it can take up to two weeks. This only happens if I've had several photoshoots back-to-back and multiple clients send me their selections simultaneously. In any case, you'll always be kept up-to-date on the status of your photos.

Of course, we can also turn the shoot into a duo shoot. Just send me a message so I can give you a personalized quote. In that case, please allow a little extra time so I can paint both of you. 🙂

The SPARK photoshoot always takes place in Essen. Unfortunately, it requires the lighting setup and, of course, the shower, and therefore other equipment that I find difficult to transport. So it's easier if you come to me.

Yes, I do occasionally make videos, for example, behind-the-scenes footage or short videos of the body painting process. Feel free to let me know if you'd like videos of your shoot as well.

Athleticism is certainly desirable, but it's not a requirement for a nude photoshoot. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable in your own skin, regardless of how others look. There will always be people who look better than you. We've only "learned" to constantly compare ourselves through social media – we need to let go of that and focus more on ourselves.
